Power supply: NorthPada 3.0A, PWR+ 3.5A, CanaKit 2.5A (results in lightning bolt on Pi 3 B+) Additionally, the problem cannot be reproduced using analog stereo audio (3.5mm plug) with the Streaming apps.Ĭlient: Pi 3 B, Pi 3 B+ (GPU memory split at 320 MB) Plex video streaming (via Kodi and configured for 5.1 PCM) also seems to work fine. I have not been able to reproduce the problem outside the streaming apps mentioned above. The time interval of these mute events are not predictable and may not repeat for several minutes. It is sometimes accompanied by a faint, high-pitched, single popping noise.

Problem: While in-home streaming via SteamLink (Steam in-home streaming) or Moonlight (nVidia Gamestream) on my Pi 3 B or Pi 3 B+, HDMI audio (PCM) occasionally cuts out (mutes) for a second.
